Publication Guide
All accepted papers for EESIIS2021 will be published on conference proceedings after the conference, and submitted for EI Compendex, Scopus, Inspec, CPCI, DOAJ, Crossref and Google Scholar Indexing.
Notice
1. All the submissions of EESIIS2021 should be full English and unpublished at anywhere.
2. Double Blind reviewing will be adopted to ensure a high-quality of the Conference and the Proceeding.
3. EESIIS2021 uses the iThenticate software to detect instances of overlapping and similar text in all submitted papers.

Submission Guide
All the submissions for EESIIS2021 will go through a peer reviewing in the Technical Committee. Each paper will be peer reviewed by 2-3 experts and evaluated based on originality, technical and research content, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. It takes 5-10 working days for the result coming out. If the paper needs revising, it should be resubmitted for peer review again. Welcome for your submissions.
1. Please format your papers in advance according to the Template.
2. Download the Submission Form and fill in it before your make submission.
3. Submit your paper and the Submission Form together to conf@eesiis.org or eesiis2021@sina.com
4. The email subject should be named as "Submission-Name-Tel".

Brief Introduction
Shanghai is in the south and one of the largest cities of China. The third longest river, Zhujiang River, runs through the city. The Weather in Shanghai is different from that of many cities in the north. It is warm in winter and quite hot in summer with lot of rains in spring and summer. There are many interesting places in the city worth seeing, such as the statue of five goats, Shanghai tower, Guangdong Museum and Baiyun Mountain. The best part for tourist in Shanghai is food. The cake of Shanghai is the most famous food in China. Looking forward to get together with you in Shanghai!
